TTM FL400 3D Tube Laser

Richards is proud to announce the installation of a 3D tube laser cutting machine that will be the largest of it’s kind west of Kansas City. It will cut up to 16 inches with a 45-ft. processing capacity.

Tube Laser

Richards’ new 128-ft.-long tube laser can handle manually loaded workpieces—including wide-flange beam, channel, and angle—up to 45 ft. long. The bundle hopper can accommodate round, square, and rectangular tubes up to 41 ft. long.

We can handle a variety of shapes in sizes we never could before. That includes open and closed profiles.

Our new tube laser will greatly reduce time from hours to minutes and minutes to seconds, which results in quicker turn around times for you.

Shapes and Sizes

The machine can process an extremely wide range of material, cutting tube from 1.5 in. all the way up to 16 in. OD. As long as it fits within a 16″ circle, we can do it.
